The timetable at our Watford gym has a choice of classes that run for 20, 40 and 60 minutes. This means that on even your busiest days we can still support you to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals. Within those times we’ve also created classes that function at different levels of intensity. Our gentlest classes are our ‘Revive’ classes. Our moderate intensity classes are our ‘Thrive’ classes and our highest intensity are our ‘Strive’ classes. We believe that no matter how much time or energy you have there should always be a place for you.
